Occupied Staging

As you may know,  not all homes are created equal, each Home requires a different and customized approach.  

We offer an occupied staging consultation "walk and talk" within your home up to two hours with one of our stagers.  Together we will determine your home’s advantages and potential opportunities to “wow” the buyers. For optimal results, we will evaluate the flow of the home, space planning & furniture placement, and anything else that may need extra attention. We assess the staging needs of each area of the home, discuss the priority areas, expectations, and give you our recommendations. The realtor or home owner will take notes as we discuss how to execute this staging plan. Schedule your consultation for $250.
