We provide complimentary consultation estimates over the phone for all of our vacant home staging projects. If this is within you or your clients budget, we then schedule a complimentary vacant home staging consultation. 

During our vacant home staging consultation, We view the home and discuss the rooms to stage that will have the most impact on the homes value and online presentation. We will take the appropriate measurements to make sure we design the room to best accentuate the home. We design each home staging to bring our the finest features of every space and excite the eye of all propesctive buyers. Every detail counts and we make sure each space is just as beautiful as the next. 

Our vacant staging packages start around $1900 depending on the amount of rooms, lease terms and the market expectations of the home. Each Staging package includes your staging design and flow management, inventory pull and prep, delivery of staging furniture and accessory rentals, staging installation, setup, breakdown and de-staging pickup. 

80% of vacant home staging is completed before stepping into your home on staging day! We make sure your staging will be picture perfect! 

*** It is highly recommended that you keep the house fully staged until a few days before close of escrow.
